Actemium @ Industry 4.0 Day Takeda
The world is ready for Industry 4.0! During the Industry 4.0 day of the pharmaceutical company Takeda located in Lessines, important players from the world of innovation came together to exchange views during presentations and workshops. Our colleagues were present with demonstrations on topics such as: asset management, virtual reality, robotics.
Asset management
What are the challenges for asset management and the implementation of conditional maintenance? During a workshop presented by Actemium, Takeda was able to discover and exchange views on the subject while benefiting from the feedback of our experts.
Virtual reality
How does immersive 3D technology fit into our industrial approach? Paul-Eric Bertraud, 3D innovation project manager with the Actemium brand, offered to dive into a virtual world. It immersed users in an imaginary environment modeled in 3D in which it is possible to move and interact in order to meet needs such as:
- Preparation of maintenance operations in contaminated areas
- Assembly kinematics of an industrial process
- Use of Virtual Reality for training
Robotics
Fran Audenaert, Branch manager, presented various robotics projects related to the pharmaceutical industry from the design phase to production. For more information on robotization, click here.
